Combined CFG / "Mriya" company keep enlarging the technical capacity
The technical park of the merged company CFG / MRIYA replenished by 18 new units in April 2019. There are 14 new CLAAS AXION 850 tractors and 4 CLAAS XERION 5000 tractors with an overall cost of 3.7 million USD. The LLC "Company LAN" become a supplier of the agricultural machinery to the CFG / Mriya.
This regular delivery of equipment received by the Agro Holding within the framework of the investment plan for the current year, which amounts more than 50 million USD investments in order to increase the technical ability of the combined business. Thus, since the beginning of this year, CFG / MRIYA has already received almost 50 new tractors of diverse brands and capacities, 10 self-propelled sprayers, and also acquired trailed soil cultivating agricultural machinery, road transport and special equipment.
Furthermore, in the near future, the сombined Agro Holding CFG / MRIYA intends to buy new combine harvesters, forklifts and transport trailers for conducting effective harvesting campaign in their fields. Think back on that an international investor SALIC UK claimed that it would direct 51 million USD throughout the 2019 year for replenishing the CFG / MRIYA technical park at the beginning of the current production season. Next year, approximately the same amount of investment is planned to be invested in this direction.
Note: in August 2018 MRIYA Agro Holding successfully completed the restructuring of its debt. Then in November, the company signed a deal to sell its assets to the international investor SALIC UK. Today MRIYA continues its operations in Ukraine alongside SALIC’s subsidiary, Continental Farmers Group (CFG). The combined business has a land bank of 195,000 ha under cultivation in Western Ukraine.
